How much does it cost?

• Our fees are determined by income and are as follows:

• We do not have a public funding franchise but if one or both clients would be entitled to public funding (formerly legal aid) we will negotiate a lower rate for that client.

• Joint sessions last one and a half hours on average.

• The fees are payable at the end of each session.

• If an appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours in advance there will be a charge of half the hourly fee.

• In cases involving finances each of you will be required to pay for four hours for the preparation of the Memorandum of Understanding and the Statement of Finances, according to the hourly fee that you pay. If mediation involves child only issues each of you will have to pay for two hours for the preparation of the Memorandum of Understanding.
